This Universal Rod Holder comes complete with mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware to mount it in almost any application. Hardware for fitting the rod holder base to square rail, round rail, horizontal and vertical surfaces is all included. Once installed the rod holder adjusts 360 degrees, moves up and down and locks into position. The rod holder removes from the base for storage when not in use.
