What is your shipping policy?

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard ground. Over-sized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different freight carrier and may require scheduling for delivery. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses. After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Please contact our office at 1-800-808-2583 or email at bourbonstreetsales@gmail.ca to obtain a return authorization number and provide us with a valid email address so we can provide you with a return shipping label. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We are sorry, but at this time we only ship domestically within Canada.
